Sloan Bashinsky's 1983 book, Home Buyers: Lambs to the Slaughter, is not readily available. CEBAA has one of the original copies and it is used as a reference book and consumer training guidebook now. Bashinsky, an attorney, broker and author, worked in Alabama before retiring to Colorado some years ago.
Another great book for your reference library is Ray Wilson's,Bought Not Sold. He currently lives in Massachusetts, but may vacation in Colorado this summer. His book on real estate agency relationships has excellent descriptions if you want to really understand the distinctions between traditional agents and buyer's agents.
